In describing her job as being far more than being a receptionist, Joanne says she is far happier working in healthcare and being part of what is truly a family culture, “It’s about people’s lives. I know I have to be accurate and that my work can make a big difference. We are always focused on making sure everything is done properly.”

“I am prayerful for patients when they are going into surgery,” she adds.

Joanne grew up in Piscataway, NJ, where she studied accounting and worked as part of the finance team for Chanel for 25 years before relocating to the Fredericksburg area 10 years ago.

Joanne is married to David Biddulph, the practice’s manager and Dr. Biddulph’s brother, and they have two children.
